Getting Started

Absolutely. All you need to do is create a free account, register your payment details, and you will be able to start sending and receiving invoices via the platform.

You can register for a bzTrack account in only a few minutes. Just visit bztrack.com/get-started to create your account now.

bzTrack has a standard fee per transaction. We also charge a fee dependent on the payment method you choose (for example, account-to-account, card or wallet). For more information, please visit https://www.bztrack.com/pricing.

While setting up your bzTrack account, you will have the opportunity to enter the details of the bank account, payment cards and even wallet accounts, from which you want to make and receive payments.

For Bank Accounts, you can easily select from a range of banking providers from a drop-down menu. Within the bzTrack platform, you can then log into your online banking portal, and bzTrack will automatically connect your bank account details to your bzTrack account.

For Card Payments, you will be able to provide your card details for making payments to any of your sellers with all of the security you would normally receive from your card provider.

bzTrack provides you with the flexibility to establish an overall daily payment limit that suits your business and risk profile. This limit helps you to control your cash flow and reduce your exposure to fraud. The overall daily limit you set should be the maximum value of payments that you are comfortable with your business making on a daily basis. You can edit this limit at any time via bzTrack.

In order to ensure the security of the bzTrack platform for all users, we need to verify every organisation that uses our platform. By uploading these documents, we can confirm the legitimacy details of your company and then enable you to use our platform without further disruption.

Data and Security

Data security is a top priority for bzTrack. Our cloud hosting is provided by world-class cloud service provider Amazon Web Services and we have 24-hour surveillance and protection. All data is fully encrypted and always up-to-date.

Our platform also offers Customer ABN and Partner Credit-Checking services. This enables you to have confidence in knowing who you are transacting with on the platform too.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a secure sign-in process. It combines something you know (your password) with something you have (your phone or email account). This protects your login identity, making it harder for unauthorised users to login using a stolen password.

Invoices and Payments

With bzTrack, you have three methods of receiving invoices into the system:

  • Forward your invoice attachments to your dedicated bzTrack email inbox. You can also have your Suppliers email their invoices to the same Inbox.
  • Upload the invoice straight into bzTrack.
  • Coming soon! Pull details directly from your accounting system (e.g. MYOB, Xero, etc.) and push them in to bzTrack.

Receiving invoices directly into bzTrack is the most seamless method, however you can still upload invoices you receive via your current methods.

Yes. They still need to be approved so we suggest you still check each invoice before it is processed/authorised.

If your daily limit is exceeded, you will need to undertake a two-step process:

  • An Authorising User will need to approve this breach. This will be an Authorising User nominated in your application form to approve breaches to your daily limits.
  • The payment will then need to be authorised.

Yes, you can authorise up to 25 payments simultaneously. Please note any payment that exceeds the individual transaction limit will need to be authorised separately.

Yes. Payments can be future dated up to 90 days.

Invoice discounting helps suppliers speed up the payment cycle by providing a discount to buyers for paying their invoices early. This discount can be in the form of a percentage of the invoice or a specific dollar value. The earlier the buyer pays the invoice, the higher the discount.

With bzTrack, this early payment discounting can be automated, allowing suppliers to set and manage the discounting parameters for each buyer. These terms can then be agreed between the supplier and their buyers.

Account Settings

Yes, when you visit the bzTrack login screen you will see a "Forgot Password" link. Please click on this link and enter the email address associated with your bzTrack account. We will then send you a Password Reset email and you can create a new password to log back into your account.
