Richard is an MBA accredited fintech executive with considerable experience developing and leading organisations through MENA and APAC markets. Richard maintains a 'collaboratively consumer designed' approach which has led to award-winning and industry leading platforms delivered across; online and mobile payments and remittances; access and inventory management; and stadia, concert and MICE solutions. Richard’s previous experience ensures he is well positioned to understand the needs of small business, invoice management and seamless solutions.

Ben has a long history in user-centred technology, working before bzTrack as Product and Technology Manager for a multi-national technology start-up in the agriculture and food space, based in Melbourne and Shanghai. Here Ben guided in-house and external technology partners on four continents toward product outcomes that users and stakeholders were most interested in seeing.
Prior to that Ben worked as both COO and technical project owner in a bespoke software development agency, NextFaze, here in Adelaide.

Katie has been with the organisation for over 4 years, under its umbrella company bzPay which offered secure payment solutions to small businesses across Australia.
Before joining bzTrack, Katie worked for a number of years in insolvency, which ideally positions her as someone who truly understands the financial struggles of SMEs.
Katie is a Master of Professional Accounting with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) whose knowledge of the South Australian SME landscape is second to none.

Jane has overseen the marketing for several start-ups in London including the Fintech platform, CreditHQ, whose channel partners included international banks such as Barclays, Santander and Deutsche Bank.
